Javed Gafoor Shaik is the dynamic Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Wipz Star Building Contracting LLC, where he leads and oversees every aspect of project execution—from initial planning to final handover. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, strategy, and leadership to the organization.
A qualified Electrical Engineer with an Honors Degree, Javed specializes in the construction of factories, warehouses, office complexes, Residential & Commercial Buildings and villas. His impressive project portfolio includes successful developments across the UAE, including high-profile areas such as Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Investment Park (DIP), and Dubai Industrial City (DIC).
Javed’s expertise spans both MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Civil works, and he possesses an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks from key authorities including JAFZA, DIP, DIC, DM, DEWA, and SEWA. He is also well-versed in vendor management, maintaining strong relationships across local and international markets.
Known for his ability to manage complex, large-scale operations involving 1,000+ personnel across multiple sites, Javed plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Wipz Star consistently delivers innovative, high-quality solutions. His leadership continues to drive the company’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
